  • Processing Time
  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Shipping Coverage
  • We only provide shipping service to Indonesia. Standard international shipping is adopted for all orders.
  • Delivery Time
  • The estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, remote logistics and other objective factors.
  • Order Tracking
  • Once your package is shipped, we will send a valid tracking number. You can check the logistics information online at any time.
  • Customs & Taxes
  • Buyers shall be responsible for local tariffs, taxes and related fees if the package exceeds the local tax exemption limit. We will not be responsible for customs detention caused by non-compliant items.
  • Undeliverable Packages
  • If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unreachable contact information or customer rejection, reshipping is not supported and the shipping fee is non-refundable.
